About the Project
SymbiOS is an industrial symbiosis platform that maps material and energy flows between companies in Organized Industrial Zones (OIZ) across Turkey. Companies register their waste outputs and resource needs; the platform algorithmically identifies symbiosis opportunities — where one company's waste becomes another's raw material — reducing disposal costs and promoting circular economy.
